Lewis Kling

Lewis Kling is a partner and serves as Chairman at Zelo Public Relations™.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Kling served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Flowserve Corporation. Prior to joining Flowserve, Mr. Kling was employed by SPX Corporation, serving as a Group President, Corporate Vice President and Officer. Additionally, he served as President of Dielectric Communications for General Signal (which was acquired by SPX in 1998). Mr. Kling also worked for AlliedSignal Aerospace, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Avionics Systems and Chairman of the Board of the American Russian Integrated Avionics joint venture. Previously, he worked for Harris Corporation, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of its Electronic Systems Division. Mr. Kling began his career in the Apollo Support Department (later, Simulation and Control Systems) at General Electric Company, where he served for 24 years in a number of management positions.
Mr. Kling has more than 35 years of experience leading manufacturing operations, as he has held numerous key management positions with large global businesses.
Currently, Mr. Kling serves on the Board of Directors for Eastman Chemical Company.
Mr. Kling holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Stetson University.

Lars Rosene

Lars Rosene is Managing Partner, President and CEO of Zelo Public Relations™. Mr. Rosene also serves as a Senior Advisor for Sustainability to Allison & Partners, a leading global public relations firm based in San Francisco, California.
Prior to founding Zelo Public Relations, Mr. Rosene served as Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of Global Public Affairs and Communications for Flowserve Corporation, a Fortune 500 global manufacturer of engineered products for the oil and gas, power generation and water industries. He also served as Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications for Citigroup. Additionally, Mr. Rosene held multiple leadership positions in public affairs, human resources and operations at State Farm Insurance Companies.
Mr. Rosene has more than 16 years of public relations and communications experience in media relations, crisis communications, media training and branding. He has worked on numerous global crisis and reputation management issues across the world, including UN Oil for Food, U.S. Department of Justice, organized labor disputes, chemical spills, employee death claims, mergers and acquisitions, class-action lawsuits and product failure claims.
In addition, Mr. Rosene has extensive experience in sustainability reporting. He is a leader in developing internal and external sustainability strategies to help companies reduce risk, develop new business opportunities, meet customer and shareholder requirements and provide transparency into their operations and supply chain. Mr. Rosene also has experience dealing with activist shareholders on sustainability issues.
In 2004, Mr. Rosene was selected to represent the United States as a Marshall Fund Fellow, traveling to Europe to study Europe’s relations with the United States.
Mr. Rosene holds bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Texas A & M University.
